Manipur CM Celebrates 12 Years of Modi Govt with Eminent Personalities
Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh on June 15 visited the homes of several distinguished residents as part of an outreach drive marking 12 consecutive years of service by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the NDA government. The visits, held in Manipur, combined personal meetings with a message of the central government’s achievements since 2014.
During the programme, Khemchand Singh called on Y. Rajen, L. Bino Devi and L. Bedapati Devi. He was accompanied by L. Shantikumar Sharma, president of the BJP Singjamei Mandal, as the delegation moved between residences to engage with local citizens and elders.
At each stop, the Chief Minister outlined what he described as key accomplishments of the Modi-led government over the past 12 years, pointing to initiatives in transformative governance, inclusive development and expanded welfare delivery across the country. He emphasized those achievements as the rationale for the outreach, presenting the central government’s work to local stakeholders.
Khemchand Singh said Manipur will continue to pursue development and public-welfare programmes to sustain progress and prosperity in the state. The visits form part of a wider, nationwide campaign commemorating the NDA government’s 12-year tenure under Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
