Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha expressed strong confidence that Bihar is set to deliver remarkable results in the upcoming Assembly elections. Speaking at a large public gathering for the nomination of BJP candidates from the Ramnagar and Bagaha constituencies, Dr. Saha noted the enthusiastic response from the public, which he interpreted as a clear indication of their desire for progress and trust in the BJP’s development vision.
“The enthusiasm of the crowd speaks volumes. I am certain that our candidates will register a resounding victory,” Dr. Saha remarked. He emphasized that Bihar will hold elections in two phases on November 6 and November 11, with results to be announced on November 14. “With the blessings of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we can foresee a grand victory for the BJP. Out of the nine seats in Champaran, we will win all. The people here are filled with hope for a brighter future,” he added.
Dr. Saha also highlighted Champaran’s historical significance, recalling that it was the birthplace of the Satyagraha Movement initiated by Mahatma Gandhi. He stated, “Champaran has a special place in India’s freedom struggle. Similarly, Tripura shares a deep bond with Bihar-we even celebrate Bihar Diwas in our state. Many people from Bihar have made Tripura their home. Personally, I feel connected to this land, as I spent five years in Patna studying at Dental Medical College. Bihar truly embodies the soul of India, producing countless talented individuals.”
Before his visit, Dr. Saha sought blessings for the BJP’s success in Champaran at the Tripura Sundari Maa Temple. Reflecting on the transformation of Tripura, he remarked, “There was a time when Tripura faced terrorism and unrest. However, under Prime Minister Modi’s visionary leadership, we liberated ourselves from decades of CPIM rule in 2018. Today, Tripura is peaceful and progressive-every terrorist has surrendered, and the state embraces stability and growth.”
He emphasized that Tripura is making steady progress through the HIRA Model-Highways, Internet, Railways, and Airways, introduced by PM Modi. “Just as Tripura has flourished, Bihar too has made substantial strides in recent years. Farmers are benefiting from various central government schemes, and development is visible across sectors. This momentum must continue,” he asserted.
Dr. Saha reaffirmed the BJP’s commitment to building a Viksit Bharat (Developed India) by 2047, stating that Bihar will play a vital role in achieving this vision. “People have not forgotten the days of jungle raaj under Lalu Prasad Yadav. Bihar has moved beyond that dark era, and the people will never allow it to return. The guarantee of development, peace, and prosperity lies only with the BJP,” he declared.
He urged voters to make their voices heard on polling day by casting their votes for BJP candidates, ensuring Bihar’s continued journey toward progress and transformation.
