This phase, projected to conclude in 2-3 years, aims to accommodate an additional 10,000 employees. Jayesh Sanghrajka emphasized that the partnership with the Telangana government echoes a shared commitment to innovation, community empowerment, and IT landscape enhancement, strengthening Telangana’s reputation as a prime IT destination. In a related financial update, Narayana Murthy and his family experienced a considerable financial loss amounting to ₹1,850 crore following a nearly 6% decline in Infosys shares. Their total stake in Infosys, initially valued at ₹32,152 crore, fell to ₹30,300 crore, highlighting the volatile nature of market investments.
Infosys’ expansion in Hyderabad signifies a pivotal move in reinforcing its strategic growth and further establishing Telangana as a top-tier hub for IT excellence.
