Heartwarming Celebration: Arunachal MP Spreads Joy at Itanagar’s Deepak Nabam Living Home This Christmas
Tapir Gao, the Member of Parliament for Arunachal East, joined the Christmas celebrations at Deepak Nabam Living Home, a shelter for the destitute in Itanagar. The event, co-hosted by Deepak Nabam Living Home and Ministries in Christ at Senki Park Centre, featured Gao as the Chief Guest and Nabam Tagi, ZPM of Leporiang in Papum Pare district, as the Guest of Honour.
In his address, Tapir Gao lauded the teachings of Jesus Christ, highlighting their emphasis on peace, love, and forgiveness, which he believes have a positive impact on society. He underscored that true religion should revolve around humanitarian service, inner purity, aiding the helpless, showing kindness to those in need, and extending compassion to widows and orphans.
The celebration also included inspirational messages of God’s blessings and words of encouragement for those present. Tapir Gao expressed his commitment to support the Deepak Nabam Living Home, which houses hundreds of homeless and differently-abled people.
Gao’s participation in the event and his supportive remarks emphasized the significance of community support and religious teachings in fostering societal welfare and inclusivity.
