Applicants should bring a wealth of experience, with a minimum of 15 years in a senior supervisory or managerial role in reputable private sector companies, multinational corporations, state public sector enterprises, state autonomous bodies, central public sector enterprises, or government departments. Expertise in project management, industrial planning, project implementation, operations and maintenance, industrial finance, project appraisal, loan recovery, and project monitoring and evaluation is essential.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive remuneration package under Pay Band-5, ranging from Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 1,12,000, plus a Grade Pay of Rs. 18,500 and various perks as per company policy. The corporation may negotiate the starting salary within the pay band for a well-suited candidate.
Age Criteria:
Candidates should be between the ages of 45 and 55. For internal applicants, the maximum age is extended to 58. The mandatory retirement age is 60.
