Guwahati: Anil Kumar, a Delhi resident, was discovered dead under unclear circumstances in a hotel room situated in Guwahati’s Paltan Bazar area. Kumar had been residing at the hotel for professional reasons. His lifeless body was found by hotel staff on Wednesday morning, causing concern among employees and other guests.
Following the discovery, Paltan Bazar police officials arrived promptly to conduct an initial investigation. Kumar’s body was transported to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for a post-mortem examination to ascertain the cause of death.
