Unleash Your Future: Mizoram Youth Commission’s ‘School Connect 2024’ Empowers Students for Career Triumph
Mizoram Youth Commission (MYC) Chairman Malsawmsangzuala Ralte inaugurated “School Connect 2024” at Chanmari YMA Hall, Aizawl, on Thursday. The event, running until September 13, is a collaborative effort between the MYC, Lynchpin, and ZALEN newspaper.
Eight schools from the city participated in the inaugural function where Chairman Ralte emphasized the significance of discipline, perseverance, and structured planning for achieving career goals. He highlighted the necessity of a specific career plan in today’s competitive landscape, urging students to leverage the “School Connect” initiative as a valuable career guidance tool.
“In today’s competitive world, one cannot achieve success without proper career planning. I want everyone to make use of this School Connect and use it as a guide for their career choices,” Ralte stated.
He also noted that various coaching classes are available at MYC Aizawl and other districts across the state.
Vanlalrema Vantawl, editor of ZALEN newspaper, mentioned that 12 institutions, including the Women’s Polytechnic and ITI, Aizawl, are participating in “School Connect 2024”. He encouraged students to fully utilize the stalls and attend the various seminars offered during the event.
“School Connect 2024” aims to provide students with essential resources and guidance to make informed career choices, fostering a more proactive and planned approach to their future endeavors.
