GUWAHATI: The Kalibari Colony Durga Puja Committee is planning an extraordinary Durga Puja celebration this year in Guwahati. The committee’s pandal will feature a unique theme inspired by the ICC T20 World Cup Trophy.

Speaking to GPlus, a committee member revealed, “Several years ago, India won the World Cup, and we aspired to create something special if India clinched victory again in 2024. This themed pandal is our way of celebrating that potential achievement.”

The committee has earmarked ₹6,50,000 for this creative endeavor, ensuring that the pandal will be a grand attraction during the festivities.
