These items are currently being examined as part of the probe to establish their relevance to the suspected activities.
With the latest round of arrests, a total of fourteen people have so far been taken into custody from different areas of Tupamari in connection with the alleged cybercrime operations. The scale of the arrests reflects the seriousness of the investigation and the suspected reach of the criminal network.
Police are actively investigating the suspected network to determine the nature and extent of the alleged activities, as well as to ascertain the individual roles of those who have been arrested. Investigators are also scrutinizing the documents and other materials recovered during the searches to build a clearer picture of the operation.
Residents of the area have urged the police and district administration to intensify the investigation and identify others who may be linked to the suspected network. They have also called for strict legal action against anyone found to be involved in the alleged cybercrime activities.
