CBSE Scorecards Expected by March 31 — Check Result Details
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the CTET 2026 result and publish the final answer key soon, officials say, with candidates who sat the exam on February 7 and 8, 2026 able to check their scorecards on the official CTET portal ctet.nic.in once the result is released. The provisional answer key for the February session was issued on March 12, 2026, and the outcome is keenly awaited by many aspirants and serving teachers.
The timing of the announcement has taken on extra urgency because a number of primary teachers are seeking promotions before the March 31, 2026 deadline and require CTET certification for eligibility. Historically, CBSE has declared CTET results within 30–40 days of the examination; candidates should therefore monitor the official website and the examination services login page for the formal notification and result link.
To qualify for CTET 2026 candidates must secure at least 60 per cent marks; a 5-percentage-point relaxation is allowed for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) and differently-abled candidates. The result will indicate whether a candidate has met the qualifying threshold and will include paper-wise scores for Paper I (Classes 1–5) and Paper II (Classes 6–8) where applicable.
When the result is published, candidates can download their scorecard by visiting ctet.nic.in and clicking the “Login: CTET Feb 2026 Result” link on the homepage, then entering their registration ID and password. The scorecard page can be saved or printed for future use; official download may also be available via the examination services candidate login portal.
The CTET February 2026 scorecard will carry personal and exam-specific details such as the name of the exam, roll number, parents’ names, category, paper details, marks scored in each section and the total marks. Candidates with queries or discrepancies should follow the instructions on the official CTET website for challenge or grievance procedures once the final answer key and result are uploaded.
