Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has announced a robust net profit of ₹18,645 crore for the third quarter, driven by its Digital Services and Oil-to-Chemicals sectors. Revenue surged to ₹2.65 lakh crore with an EBITDA of ₹46,018 crore. A key factor in RIL’s performance was the improved earnings from its O2C segment, benefiting from stronger fuel margins and increased volumes from Jio-bp.

In contrast, ICICI Bank experienced a 4% decline in net profit, totaling ₹11,318 crore, despite a 7.7% rise in net interest income. The decrease in profit can be attributed to heightened provisions following the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) directive to classify adjustments in agricultural priority sector loans. The bank’s board has also voted to extend the term of its Managing Director and CEO.

HDFC Bank reported a commendable Q3 net profit of ₹18,653 crore, surpassing expectations outlined in a CNBC-TV18 survey. With a year-on-year increase of 6.4%, its net interest income reached ₹32,615 crore. The bank maintained asset quality, recording a net NPA of 0.42% and a gross NPA of 1.24%, while provisions relaxed sequentially.

Yes Bank showed remarkable growth, boasting a 55% year-over-year profit increase to ₹951.6 crore, attributed to rising net interest income. With gross NPAs easing to 1.5%, the bank continues to face challenges in deposit growth.

RBL Bank, however, fell short of expectations with a Q3 net profit of ₹214 crore, lower than the anticipated ₹265 crore. Despite a 4.5% YoY rise in NII to ₹1,657.2 crore, the bank acknowledged ongoing credit card slippages, although it highlighted improvement in gold loan traction, anticipating modest net interest margin growth in the fourth quarter.

JB Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals reported a 21.6% profit increase in Q3, buoyed by steady domestic growth and robust international formulation sales. Cost optimization and an advantageous product mix contributed to margin expansion, enhancing overall earnings quality.

Wipro’s Q3 IT revenue climbed 3.3% quarter-over-quarter to ₹23,378 crore, accompanied by an 8.8% increase in EBIT to ₹4,115 crore, achieving a margin of 17.6%. Looking ahead, the company expects Q4 constant-currency revenue growth between 0–2%, and has declared an interim dividend of ₹6 per share.

Tech Mahindra’s profit reached ₹1,122 crore in Q3, with revenue rising 2.8% QoQ to ₹14,393 crore. The firm reported an 11.3% increase in EBIT and improved margins of 13.1%, alongside a 1.7% constant-currency revenue growth.

Rossari Biotech’s Q3 results showed a 3.2% rise in net profit to ₹32.7 crore, bolstered by a revenue growth of 13.4% to ₹581.6 crore. While EBITDA increased, margins narrowed to 11.8% from 12.6% YoY.

UCO Bank’s profit rose 15.8% to ₹739.5 crore, enhanced by an 11.3% boost in net interest income, alongside improved asset quality indicators. IDBI Bank’s net profit reached ₹1,935.5 crore, marking a 1.4% YoY increase, with improved asset quality reflected in its low NPAs.

JSW Infrastructure noted a 9.1% profit increase to ₹359 crore, with a 14.2% revenue uplift to ₹1,349 crore despite a slight dip in margins. Netweb Technologies reported exceptional growth, with a 165% sequential revenue spike to ₹804.9 crore and net profit growth of over 90%.

Lastly, CG Power, part of the Murugappa Group, secured a significant ₹900 crore order from Tallgrass Integrated Logistics Solutions for a large-scale data center project in the U.S., marking a strategic entry into the global data center market. This contract represents the largest single order in the company’s history.
