Misty Mountain Plantation Resort owners Mikhail Joseph Kallivelil and Rosa George Kallivelil observe, “The new age traveler is open to new experiences; they have an open mind, and this industry is poised for growth.” Their 600-acre plantation property showcases various adventure offerings, including jeep safaris, nature walks, and pool villas, which are increasingly sought after.
Despite emerging challenges, Kochi continues to attract global investors keen on capitalizing on its burgeoning market. With its enriched hospitality landscape and commitment to authenticity, Kochi is positioning itself as a leader in Kerala’s tourism sector.
