Empowering Lives: New Computer Training Centre Opens for IDPs in Saiton
In a groundbreaking effort to enhance digital literacy for internally displaced persons (IDPs), the Phanjoubam Birendro Memorial Computer Institute was officially inaugurated today at Lamjing Meira Maheikol School in Saiton Keithel, Bishnupur District, Manipur. This modern facility, established with support from the Indian Army under Brigadier Abhijit A. Ukidwe, Sena Medal, is part of a broader initiative focused on civil-military collaboration and educational development, aiming to equip IDPs and nearby communities with essential skills.
