Kohima, May 10 (MExN): The Taho Bikers Ride took place in Kohima on May 10, centered around the theme ‘Ride Safe, Ride Smart, Wear a Helmet.’ Organized by Taho in collaboration with Axor and Vega, the event attracted attention for its focus on road safety. Deputy Commissioner of Kohima, B Henok Buchem, NCS, was present to flag off the ride. During the event, he expressed his passion for biking and shared his hope of riding alongside the participants in the future. He emphasized the significance of safety, particularly highlighting the need for proper helmet usage.
Saddam, the Regional Manager of Vega Auto Accessories, also spoke to the participants, urging them to stay vigilant about road safety and consistently adhere to traffic regulations. The event saw around 80 bikers beginning their journey from the NPSC Office in L Khel and concluding at the Naga Heritage Village in Kisama. This gathering not only marked a celebration of biking culture but also served as a crucial reminder of the responsibilities that come with it, promoting safety and awareness among riders in the region.
