Empowering Unity: Manipur Chief Secretary’s Inspirational Meeting with CSOs in Kangpokpi Champions Mutual Cooperation
Prashant Kumar Singh, the newly appointed Chief Secretary of Manipur, recently held a significant meeting at the Kangpokpi District Conference Hall, engaging with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), District Level Officers (DLOs), medical personnel, education officials, and other vital stakeholders. During the session, Singh underscored the importance of mutual cooperation and collective efforts to tackle the region’s challenges. He urged the CSOs to propose practical solutions, assuring them of the government’s dedication to addressing their concerns.
Accompanied by Manipur DGP Rajiv Singh and Commissioner (Home) N Ashok Kumar, the Chief Secretary’s meeting aimed to strengthen communication and collaboration between the government and regional organizations. This initiative seeks to develop strategies for improving the welfare of the communities in Manipur.
Later, Deputy Commissioner Mahesh Chaudhari IAS, alongside Superintendent of Police Manoj Prabhakar IPS and Sub-Divisional Officers from Kangpokpi, assessed housing conditions in Ngahmun village, Champhai Sub-Division. This visit was part of their efforts to support displaced residents, providing essential items to alleviate their hardships and instill hope amidst their difficulties.
The gathering established a constructive dialogue framework while reinforcing the commitment to shared solutions for regional challenges, setting a positive precedent for future collaborations.
