Shocking Collision on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway: 45 Injured in Devastating Bus and Truck Crash in Rajasthan’s Dausa
A private bus carrying devotees collided with two trucks that had already crashed into each other on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in Rajasthan’s Dausa district, leaving around 45 passengers injured, according to police reports. The incident occurred near Lahdi Ka Bas, attributed to dense fog conditions, said Nangal-Rajawatan DSP Charul Gupta. The bus, traveling from Ujjain to Delhi, suffered severe front-end damages. More than 20 of the injured were admitted to Dausa District Hospital, with four critically injured passengers referred to Jaipur for further treatment. Others sought medical care in Noida and Delhi. In response to the influx of casualties, additional medical professionals and staff were deployed at the District Hospital, under the directive of Chief Medical Officer Dr. Deepak Sharma.
