Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha, in his New Year address, called on the youth of the state to harness opportunities presented by various state and central government schemes to achieve self-reliance. In a compassionate gesture, Chief Minister Saha distributed blankets, shawls, and warm clothing to the destitute, addressing the hardships faced by those enduring severe winter conditions without adequate means.
