Arunachal Pradesh’s emerging talent in mixed martial arts, Hosam Londa, achieved a significant milestone by winning the U16 Boys -46 kg World Championship title. The young athlete secured victory over Portugal’s Correia Goncalves with an impressive first-round stoppage at the Dewa United Arena in Indonesia. This championship event was organized by the Global Martial Arts Association (GAMMA), which serves as the international governing body for MMA.
Hosam hails from Loda village in the East Kameng district and is the son of Kojam and Fem Londa. His journey to success began at the Shwkhaw MMA & Fitness Gym in Nirjuli, where he underwent rigorous training to prepare for the international stage.
