4. Maintain a healthy weight, as excess belly fat can lead to serious health issues, including cancer. A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and antioxidants is beneficial.
5. Stay vigilant for skin changes. Any new ulcer or lesion that doesn’t heal within 2-3 weeks should be biopsied to rule out cancer.
