Nagaland Independent (I) Sainik School Company NCC honored its Care Taker Officers, Keshav Adhikary Chhetry, Haokholen, and Vijayakumar Patel, for their contributions during the recently concluded Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-72). The felicitation ceremony, held on November 6, was attended by the Officer Commanding of the Nagaland (I) Sainik School Company NCC, who praised the enthusiastic participation of the NCC Officers and PI Staff throughout the camp.
In a press release, it was highlighted that ANO Sunil Kumar participated in the camp following a 75-day training program at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Kamptee. During the camp, NCC Officers provided essential training in various areas, including Weapon Training, Firing, Disaster Management, First Aid, and more. The program also engaged participants in activities like Drill, Volleyball, Basketball, and a Theme Area competition, showcasing their skills and teamwork.
Major General KJS Rathore, Commandant of NCC OTA, Kamptee, also recognized ANO Sunil Kumar’s significant contributions to the training activities by felicitating him separately. The Sainik School celebrated Kumar’s commendable achievement of being commissioned as a Lieutenant in the Senior Division NCC, Army wing.
This event underscores the dedication of the NCC Officers in equipping cadets with practical skills and knowledge necessary for their roles.
