Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, a political party founded by actor Vijay, is set to hold its first public rally on October 27 in Vikravandi, located in the Villupuram district of Tamil Nadu. The announcement was made by Vijay in a statement on Friday, September 20, 2024.
The rally will serve as a platform for Vijay to disclose the party’s leaders, its ideological foundations, and policy directions. "The rally would spell out the ideology based on which the party would function," Vijay stated. Initially, the event was anticipated to occur in September but has now been confirmed for late October.
