Ramaswamy’s post fervently called for immediate action from the Secret Service, demanding that Trump’s protection be elevated to the same level as that provided to President Biden. "Yes, we are grateful that President Trump is safe, once again," Ramaswamy wrote. "But this growing pattern of political violence needs to STOP right now. It is unacceptable and un-American."
He further emphasized the urgency of the situation, asserting that there’s no longer any excuse for not enhancing Trump’s security measures. Beyond calling for increased protection, Ramaswamy pointed to a deeper issue plaguing the nation. "There’s a deeper sickness in our country that we need to cure. America is skating on thin ice, and I thank God we’ve now averted tragedy twice this summer. We can only hope that the two assassination attempts on President Trump already will be the worst things that happen this election cycle."
