In a strong display of support for Aam Aadmi Party convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who was granted bail by the Supreme Court, RJD MP Manoj Jha welcomed the decision, denouncing the ongoing legal battle as a series of fabricated cases. Jha accused the BJP of concocting these “fake and fictitious” cases out of its Delhi office, framing the legal actions as political conspiracies.

“This was bound to happen, and it will continue in every such case because they are all staged by the BJP,” Jha stated candidly. He drew parallels to a recent High Court observation regarding Hemant Soren’s case, asserting that both judgments highlight the misuse of central agencies like ED, IT, and CBI. “Today’s court decision is a setback not just for these agencies but also for those engineering these plots,” he emphasized.

Jha proceeded to caution the BJP, suggesting that those in power might soon find themselves facing similar political retribution. “A clear message has been sent. When you are no longer in power, these agencies could come knocking at your doors too. We will empathize then as well, for vendetta politics has no place in a democracy,” he warned.
