The India Business Conclave 2026, organised by The Business Ascent, concluded on 17 June 2026 at Hyatt Centric Hebbal in Bengaluru under the theme “Leading the Future: Innovation, Investment & Impact.” The two-day gathering brought together government officials, entrepreneurs, investors, educators, industry leaders and innovators from across India for leadership dialogue, business networking, knowledge exchange and recognition of sectoral excellence.
The inauguration was attended by senior officials including Shri A. Padma Kumar, DIGP, CRPF Bengaluru; Mohamad Rafi Pasha, Deputy Commissioner, Department of Commercial Taxes, Government of Karnataka; Bharathi Magadum, Deputy Director, Department of Factories, Boilers, Industrial Safety and Health, Government of Karnataka; Shri N. S. Patil, Former Judge, Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Special Courts; Dr. N. Prabhakaran, Vice‑Chairman, Institute of Defence Scientists & Technologists (IDST), DRDO, Bengaluru; and Panduranga S, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Doddabalapura Sub‑Division, Bengaluru.
A highlight of the conclave was the launch of The Business Ascent magazine, followed by a keynote address from Ramani Iyer — serial entrepreneur, investor and mentor, founder of Elephantgod Accelerator and co‑founder of Justdial. Iyer’s address emphasised entrepreneurship, innovation, investment strategies and business transformation, drawing strong audience appreciation.
The programme featured expert-led panels. The first, “Future of Education 2030: AI, Innovation, Employability & Human‑Centric Learning,” included education leaders such as Pritam Kumar Agarwal (Hello Kids Preschool & Riverstone School), Ajitesh Basani (The Shri Ram Universal School) and Dr. Raghavan D. Belur (Adichunchanagiri University). The second panel, “From Play‑Based Learning to Future Skills,” focused on early childhood education with contributors including Sunita Jain (Hello Kids) and Chandrika Bharath (Cuddles Preschool & Daycare). The third panel examined “India’s Journey to a $10 Trillion Economy,” featuring panellists such as Dr. John Yesudhas (CEO, IGO Group), Vijetha Shastry (startup evangelist) and Gopinath Rao (former deputy director, Government of India).
The conclave also recognised outstanding contributors with multiple award categories. Business Excellence awards honoured entrepreneurs and firms including Dr. John Yesudhas and IGO Group, Blucap Interiors, Shredex Erasecore Pvt. Ltd., and others. Education Excellence awards celebrated schools and education leaders such as Goldenbee Global School (multiple campuses), Nagarjuna School of Excellence, Hello Kids Preschool, The Shri Ram Universal School and numerous preschools and institutions. A dedicated Women Achievers segment acknowledged dozens of women leaders, educators and professionals including Dr. B. Poorani, Shweta Mandal, Kruthika SP and many more.
