Kuki Inpi Mourns Hensamuel Changsan: NC Hills ADC’s Legacy of Service
The Kuki Inpi, the apex traditional body of the Kuki community, has expressed deep grief at the death of Hensamuel Changsan, an Executive Member of the North Cachar Hills Autonomous District Council, who passed away on April 1 in Assam. The organisation described his passing as an irreparable loss to the Kuki community and to local public life.
In a condolence message, the Kuki Inpi said Changsan was a long-standing grassroots leader devoted to public service. The statement emphasised his steady engagement with community issues and his reputation for integrity and dedication.
“Hensamuel Changsan was a committed leader who worked for the advancement of the Kuki community, particularly in Assam. His contributions reflect a sustained commitment to public welfare,” the organisation said, paying tribute to his public record.
