PAKYONG, (IPR): The Sikkim State Cooperative Union (SICUN) convened its 59th Board Meeting at its conference hall in Assam Lingzey today, where key leadership positions were filled. Dr. Mangaljit Rai was unanimously elected as Chairman and Purna Prasad Sharma as Vice Chairman. This decision was welcomed by all attendees and marked a crucial step in forming the new executive committee.
