Agartala, 9 February 2026 — Tripura Gramin Bank (TGB) won second prize in the Best Departmental Stall category at the 3rd District-Level SARAS Fair, held under the Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM) and organised by the RD Department, Government of Tripura. The recognition was announced during the event in Sepahijala district and highlights the bank’s efforts to engage rural communities through visible, service-oriented outreach.
The award spotlights TGB’s work in promoting financial inclusion and rural empowerment by effectively presenting its products and services to local residents. Bank officials said the stall demonstrated practical ways for villagers to access savings, credit and other banking services, reinforcing the bank’s role in supporting grassroots livelihoods.
