Addressing Critical Issues on APPSC Website

I am writing to highlight significant issues faced by applicants using the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) website, which are hindering the application process and causing substantial frustration.
Primarily, the website’s data validation system often incorrectly flags accurate information as invalid, leading to repeated errors. Additionally, the CAPTCHA system frequently fails, forcing users into multiple, time-consuming attempts.
Applicants also frequently encounter document upload problems, where the site either rejects valid file formats or fails to process them, wasting valuable time and risking missed application deadlines.
To address these concerns, I propose the following measures:

Appointment of 24×7 Support Staff: A dedicated technical support team could offer real-time troubleshooting and assistance, helping users resolve issues promptly.

Establishment of a Help Line Number: A direct helpline would provide immediate support and guidance, ensuring smoother and timely application submissions.
- Regular Maintenance and Testing: Continuous website maintenance and thorough testing before and during application periods would minimize glitches and enhance overall functionality.
Addressing these issues is crucial for improving the user experience and ensuring a more efficient application process. I urge the relevant authorities to consider these suggestions to better serve the needs of the public.
