Performing as part of her “Hit Me Hard and Soft” tour, Eilish described the project as “very special” but kept most details under wraps. Addressing the crowd, she pointed out the unusual number of cameras present, hinting at the significance of the filming. “Basically, I can’t say much about it but what I can say is that I’m working on something very, very special with somebody named James Cameron, and it’s going to be in 3D,” she said, adding a touch of humor about her outfit, which she may wear for several days.
While the specific title of the project remains undisclosed, fans are speculating it is linked to the next installment of the Avatar franchise. Released in 2009, the original Avatar became the highest-grossing film in history, amassing over $2.8 billion worldwide and earning nine Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture.
