In light of the ongoing issues, Faruqui urged the field-level staff to prioritize resolving complaints, especially those registered concerning distribution transformer problems. He reassured residents that 212 GPS-enabled vehicles and 101 emergency response teams were on standby to address any urgent concerns and expedite power restoration efforts.
