New attractions are a cornerstone of this expansion, especially as Disney invests $60 billion over the next decade to enhance its own offerings. Epic Universe, utilizing cutting-edge technology — including 161 patents for innovations like augmented reality and trackless ride systems — aims to captivate a diverse audience. The park showcases major new rides, such as “Monsters Unchained” and “Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry.” Mark Woodbury, CEO of Universal Destinations and Experiences, expressed optimism for the future: “The future is super bright… There’s a lot of room for expansion.”
