The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially announced the results for the Class 11 examinations of the 2025 academic session. Students who participated in the exams can access their results by visiting the official JKBOSE websites, jkbose.nic.in or jkresults.nic.in, and entering their roll number and registration details. The Class 11 exams were conducted in two phases, with soft zone areas holding exams from February 18 to March 18 and hard zone areas conducting theirs from February 22 to March 25.
To check their results, students should navigate to the board’s official website, click on the “Result” tab, select their respective division (Jammu or Kashmir), and enter their roll number and registration number in the login window. Upon submission, the marksheet will appear on the screen, and students are advised to take a printout for their records.
For students experiencing connectivity issues, results can also be obtained via SMS by sending a message in the format “JKBOSE11 [Roll Number]” to 5676750. This will return subject-wise marks.
To pass the exams, students must achieve at least 33% in each subject, with specific criteria for subjects incorporating both theory and practical components. They need to score at least 23 out of 70 in theory and 10 out of 30 in practicals. Students who do not meet these requirements in one or two subjects can take compartment exams scheduled for July 2025, with results anticipated in August. Additionally, those wishing to request re-evaluation can do so online for a fee of Rs 495 per subject. Students may also apply for photocopies of their answer scripts for Rs 255 each; however, those scoring below 20% in any subject will not qualify for this option.
