In a late-night media briefing, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri criticized Pakistan for breaching an understanding aimed at halting military actions between the two nations. The Foreign Secretary reported that the Indian armed forces have been instructed to respond decisively to any further breaches along the International Border and the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir. “For the last few hours, there have been repeated violations of the understanding reached earlier today between the Directors General of Military Operations of both countries,” he stated, labeling these actions as a clear breach of the agreement.
