Exciting News! NTA Unveils AISSEE 2025 Schedule: Empower Your Child’s Future with Class 6 & 9 Exams

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the exam schedule for the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Exam (AISSEE) for the 2025-26 academic session. This entrance exam is specifically targeted at students aspiring to join Class 6 and Class 9 in Sainik Schools, including the newly established ones across India. The testing date is set for April 5, 2025, a Saturday, and will be conducted in the traditional pen-and-paper format using OMR sheets.

Upon clearing the AISSEE, candidates will participate in an e-counseling process, which is organized based on their exam ranks. Currently, there are 33 Sainik Schools nationwide.

The exam paper will feature a total of 125 questions spread across four subjects: Language, Mathematics, Intelligence, and General Knowledge. Overall, the exam is valued at 300 marks. Specifically, the mathematics section will contain 50 questions, contributing 150 marks to the total score, while the remaining three sections will share the remaining 150 marks.

This structured approach ensures a comprehensive assessment of the applicants’ abilities, preparing them for potential admission to the renowned Sainik Schools.
