A government-approved photo ID and passport-sized photos must be included with the claim form. Any tickets that show signs of tampering or damage are deemed ineligible for claims.
The State Government allows distributors to pay winners prizes up to ₹10,000. Claims exceeding this amount must be submitted to the Director, Government of Nagaland, or the Nodal Office in the respective state within 30 days of the draw. Required documents, including the signed original prize-winning ticket and necessary claim forms, must be submitted to receive payment within 60 days.
