Historic Triumph: MHA Enthusiastically Approves Tripura’s New State Emblem!
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has granted approval for Tripura’s new state emblem, as announced on Wednesday. The approval came in the form of a letter to Dr. PK Chakravarty, Secretary of the Department of Information & Cultural Affairs. The MHA evaluated the proposal under the State Emblem of India (Regulation of Use) Rules, 2007, and found it satisfactory. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha expressed that the state government’s decision to adopt this symbol as Tripura’s official emblem or logo will significantly contribute to showcasing the state’s rich culture and history.
