Tripura’s “Mukhyamantri Samipesu” program, launched by Chief Minister Manik Saha on January 1, has reached its 37th session, focusing primarily on healthcare. Held every Wednesday at 11 am, this initiative allows residents from across the state to directly communicate their issues to the Chief Minister, alongside officials from various departments. The latest session highlighted health-related concerns as several citizens sought help for critical medical conditions, reflecting the program’s emphasis on urgent healthcare needs.

Chief Minister Saha reiterated the importance of enhancing health services, in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for a robust national healthcare system. Tripura currently operates nine super-speciality hospitals, and the Chief Minister ensures direct communication with medical superintendents and cancer hospital management to prioritize urgent cases.
