Celebrating 144 Years of Legacy: Dhubri Bar Association Honors Constitution Day with Inspiring Tribute
The Dhubri Bar Association, a venerable institution with roots dating back to the British era, observed its Foundation Day and Constitution Day on December 10 with fervor and pride. Festivities kicked off at 9:30 AM with the ceremonial hoisting of The Dhubri Lawyers’ Association flag. Nurul Islam Choudhury, President of the Dhubri Bar Association, led the flag-raising ceremony, attended by a large assembly of members. Kamal Hussain Ahmed, the association’s Secretary, moderated the event, setting a dignified tone for the proceedings.
During his address, President Choudhury reminisced on the association’s distinguished history since its founding in 1880, underscoring its contributions to the region’s legal and societal spheres.
