Gangtok: Agapi Sikkim, a sustainable skincare brand originating from the state of Sikkim, made a significant impact at the renowned Cosmoprof India, a leading beauty expo held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. Spanning three days, the event attracted top-tier global and Indian beauty brands, offering a dynamic platform for showcasing innovative products.
Agapi Sikkim, established by founder Rinzing Choden Bhutia and co-founder Varsha Shrestha, displayed a range of handcrafted, eco-friendly skincare products. These products are crafted using locally sourced ingredients that reflect Sikkim’s rich biodiversity and sustainable principles. The brand’s participation was supported by the State Commerce & Industries department and the initiative Sikkim Inspires.
The primary aim of Agapi Sikkim’s presence at this prestigious expo was to forge connections with potential collaborators, distributors, and buyers, thus creating avenues for market expansion.
