Unveiling Success: Master MDC & MPSC Interviews with Confidence
Rinaldo K Sangma, the MDC of Resubelpara, has raised concerns about the lack of a Garo representative on the Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC) panel responsible for conducting interviews and screenings. Sangma emphasized that the absence of a Garo member on the panel could potentially affect the fairness of the selection process for Garo candidates. He highlighted the necessity for community representation to ensure that candidates from the Garo community are evaluated equitably.
Sangma stressed that the current situation may disadvantage Garo candidates, as their cultural context and perspectives might not be adequately considered during the assessment. He urged the inclusion of a Garo representative on the panel to ensure that candidates from the community are fairly judged and to maintain diversity within the selection process.
He also noted that having a Garo member on the panel is crucial for the integrity of the interviews and screening tests. Sangma argued that including a representative from the Garo community would improve confidence in the selection process and ensure that it is comprehensive and unbiased.
Rinaldo Sangma called for immediate action to appoint a Garo member to the MPSC panel to address these concerns and promote inclusivity and fairness for Garo candidates in the selection process.
