Former Union Minister RCP Singh has launched a new political party in Bihar, named Aap Sab Ki Awaz (ASA). At a press conference in Patna, Singh emphasized that ASA aims to embrace all castes and creeds, signaling a broad inclusive approach. The party is set to make its electoral debut in the Bihar Assembly Elections of 2025.

Singh, previously the national president of JD(U) and a well-known ally of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, highlighted that ASA aspires to distinguish itself through a focus on a people-centric agenda. He underlined the party’s intent to demonstrate a unique approach in the state’s political landscape.

Before founding ASA, Singh was aligned with the BJP but parted ways following Nitish Kumar’s return to the NDA alliance prior to the Lok Sabha Elections. This move marks Singh’s strategic pivot and positions ASA as a new player in Bihar’s political arena.
