Majestic Ayodhya-Style Ram Temple Pavilion Inaugurated in Karimganj: A Captivating Marvel Draws Enthusiastic Crowds
A pavilion inspired by the Ayodhya Ram Temple has been inaugurated at Karimganj College, offering a new spiritual site for local residents. The pavilion, designed to emulate the sacred Ayodhya Ram Temple, was unveiled in a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Maharaj Adhyaksha of the Ramakrishna Mission and Rathindra Bhattacharya, a veteran volunteer dedicated to temple construction.
Initiated by the Raktimav Club, the project aims to infuse Karimganj with the spiritual essence of Ayodhya, providing a space for worship and communal connection. The event was graced by dignitaries, including Karimganj MP Kripanath Mallah and Subrata Bhattacharya, the BJP district president, among other notable community figures.
Subrata Bhattacharya emphasized the pavilion’s significance, stating that it serves as a spiritual haven for those unable to visit Ayodhya. “This Ram Temple, realized by the efforts of Raktimav Club, brings Ayodhya’s spiritual ambiance to our doorstep in Karimganj,” he mentioned. He also expressed gratitude to Kamalakshya Dey Purkayastha, North Karimganj MLA and president of Raktimav Club, acknowledging his central role in bringing the initiative to fruition.
This pavilion opening represents a significant cultural and spiritual addition to Karimganj, serving as a testament to community collaboration and devotion.
