Shocking: Security Forces Courageously Counter Kuki Militant Assault on Manipur’s Bodobekra Police Station
On October 19, suspected Kuki militants launched an early morning attack on the Bodobekra Police Station in Jakuradhor, situated in Manipur’s Jiribam district. At approximately 5:30 am, the attackers unleashed a barrage of gunfire and explosive devices at the eastern perimeter of the station.
In response, security personnel from the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Manipur Police engaged in a fierce exchange of gunfire with the militants. Despite the prompt retaliation, the attackers succeeded in evading capture and fled the scene.
