A recent Accenture report highlights that while many companies globally are reaping significant benefits from AI-led processes, some still struggle to fully tap into AI’s potential. Organizations that have integrated AI are experiencing 2.5 times higher revenue and 2.4 times greater productivity. In India, AI modernization has grown from 8% in 2023 to 25% in 2024, reflecting increased efficiency and revenue. Despite this progress, 64% of global companies face challenges due to inadequate data and lack of talent strategies, with 58% of Indian executives expressing concerns about workforce readiness. Accenture’s Arundhati Chakraborty stresses the need for a mindset shift and comprehensive strategies, including data governance and talent development, to foster successful AI integration.
