Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) president C. As leader of the single largest party, Vijay is likely either to stake a claim to form the government or to seek additional time from the governor to cobble together alliances and secure the numbers.
It remains unclear whether TVK will pursue support from other parties, including allies of the DMK or elements of the AIADMK, to cross the majority mark.
