A horrific accident in Jaipur, Rajasthan, has resulted in the death of a pedestrian and left many others injured. The incident occurred when an Audi car lost control and crashed into pedestrians, creating a devastating scene in moments. The victim has been identified as Ramesh, while at least 16 others suffered serious injuries and are currently receiving medical treatment, with some in critical condition.
The driver of the luxury vehicle fled the scene along with three other individuals inside the car. Authorities have managed to arrest one suspect from within the vehicle during the investigation. According to police sources, the accident happened around 9:30 PM on Friday night. Eyewitnesses claim that the car was speeding recklessly, leading to the catastrophic result. All four individuals in the car are said to be residents of Rajasthan.
In the aftermath of the crash, Rajasthan’s Health Minister, Rajendra Singh Khinchi, visited the hospital to check on the injured victims. The community is left in shock over the tragedy, highlighting ongoing concerns regarding road safety and reckless driving in the area.
