A proposal for an ambitious “Putin-Trump tunnel” aiming to connect Russia and the U.S. through the Bering Strait has sparked interest and concern alike. Reports from the Wall Street Journal revealed secret talks in which Musk was pressured by Putin regarding SpaceX’s Starlink internet service.
