Urgent Decision Ahead: Donald Trump to Define America’s Powerful Role in Iran-Israel Conflict in Next Two Weeks!

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt addressed growing speculation regarding U.S. involvement in the escalating conflict between Israel and Iran during a briefing on June 19. Leavitt relayed a message from President Donald Trump, emphasizing that decisions about possible U.S. engagement in the situation will be made within the next two weeks. “I know there has been a lot of speculation about the president’s decision-making regarding whether or not the United States will be directly involved,” Leavitt stated, later quoting Trump, who noted the potential for negotiations with Iran.

Tensions surged as Iranian missiles targeted the Soroka Medical Center in southern Israel, injuring over 80 individuals and causing significant damage. The attack was part of a broader wave of violence that injured more than 240 people across Israel. In retaliation, Israeli warplanes executed strikes deep into Iran, aiming to dismantle the nation’s nuclear capabilities. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed confidence in Trump’s leadership, affirming, “I can tell you that they’re already helping a lot,” amid the devastation at the Soroka Medical Center.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz issued a grave warning to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, holding him accountable for the attacks. “The military has been instructed and knows that in order to achieve all of its goals, this man absolutely should not continue to exist,” Katz asserted. U.S. officials revealed that Trump had previously vetoed a plan for Khamenei’s assassination, but clarified, “There are no plans to kill him — at least not for now.”

Israel’s military campaign has extended to multiple key Iranian nuclear facilities, including the Natanz uranium enrichment site and the Arak heavy water reactor, which are critical to Iran’s nuclear weapons development. The Israeli military has made it clear that the strike on Arak was intended to prevent the reactor from being restored for this purpose.

The humanitarian toll inside Iran has been staggering, with reports indicating that at least 639 people have died from Israeli strikes, including 263 civilians, and over 1,300 have been injured since the military operations commenced last Friday.

Despite the escalating violence, there may be an avenue for diplomacy. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi announced plans to travel to Geneva for emergency negotiations with diplomats from the UK, France, Germany, and the EU, indicating a possible opening for de-escalation amid the turmoil.

Trump has so far avoided calls for military intervention, instead suggesting that his ambitions extend beyond a simple ceasefire. “We’re not ruling anything out,” he remarked, “But we want something much bigger than just a ceasefire.” Iran’s Supreme Leader has responded with a stern warning against U.S. military involvement, declaring that such actions would result in “irreparable damage” to the United States.

While Iran maintains that its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes, recent uranium enrichment levels have surged to 60%, dangerously close to weapons-grade thresholds. As the situation in the Middle East continues to unfold, the international community watches closely, weighing the implications of ongoing military actions and potential diplomatic resolutions.
