Exciting Launch: Himachal CM Sukhvinder Sukhu Unveils Him Pariwar Portal and Honors Top Police Stations on Inspiring Statehood Day Celebration
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Sukhu has unveiled the Him Pariwar Portal during a state-level event celebrating statehood day. This initiative aims to centralize access to government documents, services, and welfare schemes, offering transparency and ease of use to residents. The portal provides access to over 300 government services, marking a significant step toward modernizing service delivery in the state. A video presentation highlighted the Him Pariwar Project, complemented by the release of a booklet and distribution of Him Pariwar cards to citizens.
In recognition of exemplary law enforcement, the Kangra police station received the National Award 2024 for its outstanding performance in crime control and administrative efficiency. Inspector Sanjeev Kumar accepted the award on behalf of the station. Additionally, Nurpur Police District was honored with the first rank for excellence in law enforcement, with Superintendent of Police Ashok Ratan receiving the accolade.
Kullu district was awarded second place, with Superintendent of Police Sakshi Verma accepting, while Kangra district secured the third rank, with Superintendent of Police Shalini Agnihotri receiving the recognition. These awards underscore the diligent efforts of Himachal Pradesh’s law enforcement in maintaining order and utilizing modern technology in policing.
