Revolutionary 24/7 Drinking Water Project Launch by Union Minister Manohar Lal Brings Unprecedented Hope
Union Urban Affairs and Power Minister Manohar Lal Khattar inaugurated a landmark 24-hour water supply project in Karimnagar, Telangana. This initiative marks the first of its kind in the region, aiming to provide uninterrupted drinking water access. The pilot project, spread across five divisions of Karimnagar, represents an investment of 18 crore rupees and will facilitate around 6,000 water connections, ensuring a constant supply of drinking water to residents.
During his visit to Karimnagar, having traveled from Hyderabad, Mr. Khattar also inaugurated several other significant infrastructure projects. These included a multipurpose building, completed with an investment of 12.35 crore rupees, and a modern sports school complex built at a cost of 22 crore rupees. These developments are expected to enhance the quality of life and provide new opportunities for the citizens of Karimnagar.
Accompanying Mr. Khattar at these inaugurations were Union Minister of State for Home Sanjay Kumar and various state ministers, highlighting the importance of these projects both at the state and national levels.
